Return and Exchange Policy

At iBOoHOo Furniture, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under specific conditions.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase or delivery, provided that:

The product is unused and in original condition.

The packaging, accessories, and receipt are intact.

It is not a custom-made or clearance item.
Requests after 7 days are not accepted.
3. Return Process

Provide order details, photos, and the reason for the return.

Our support team will review and provide instructions for returning the item.

The customer is responsible for delivery costs from their location to the iBOoHOo warehouse.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for purchase.

Delivery charges are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect products.
5. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange:

The item must meet all return criteria.

Any price difference will be communicated before processing.

Delivery charges for exchanges are borne by the customer.
6. Non-Returnable Items

Discounted or clearance items

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged:

Report within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund.
