2. Product Descriptions and Availability

We aim for accurate and up-to-date product details, images, and pricing.
However, slight differences in color, texture, or measurements may occur due to natural variations or digital display settings.
If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we’ll promptly notify you and offer an exchange, backorder, or refund.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and include applicable VAT.
Payment must be completed before delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods:
- Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo)
- Bank Transfer
- Debit/Credit Cards
- Cash on Delivery (limited regions)
Payment confirmation is required before dispatch.

4. Orders and Production

Orders are considered confirmed only after full or partial payment.
Custom-made items require a deposit before production begins.
Any cancellation after production has begun attracts a 20% restocking or material fee.
We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or unverifiable orders.

5. Warranty

All iBOoHOo Furniture products carry a 6-month limited warranty covering:

Factory defects
Structural faults (e.g., joints, frames)
Defective finishes or workmanship

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Improper assembly or use
Damage caused by moisture, pets, or relocation
Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Warranty service may involve repair, replacement, or credit — determined by our team.

6. Intellectual Property

All product designs, logos, and written content on our platforms are the intellectual property of iBOoHOo Furniture.
They cannot be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

iBOoHOo Furniture shall not be liable for:

Delays caused by external events (e.g., traffic, strikes, weather)
Loss of data, profit, or business resulting from product use
Damage resulting from customer mishandling

Our total liability is limited to the product’s purchase value.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
Disputes shall be settled amicably or through arbitration in Accra, Ghana.
