Delivery Terms
1. Coverage
We deliver nationwide across Ghana, including:
- Greater Accra
- Ashanti
- Eastern
- Western
- Central and other regions
Deliveries outside Accra are handled by verified logistics partners.
2. Delivery Timelines
- In-stock items: 2–5 working days
- Custom orders: 10–21 working days depending on complexity
- Corporate/bulk orders: Timelines to be agreed upon at order placement
We communicate all delays proactively when they occur.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery fees depend on:
- Distance and region
- Size, weight, and volume of items
- Urgency (standard or express)
Charges are clearly stated before checkout or during confirmation.
4. Delivery Process
- You’ll receive a call before your order is dispatched.
- Our delivery team ensures safe transportation and unloading.
- The recipient must inspect and sign the delivery receipt.
- Once accepted, iBOoHOo is no longer responsible for post-delivery damage.
5. Assembly
- Furniture is usually delivered pre-assembled or assembled on-site (Accra region).
- Assembly for distant deliveries may attract an additional fee.
6. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to:
- Wrong address
- No one available to receive items
- Restricted access
then re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer.
